STEP 2
Send Your Required Documents
To prepare your tax return, please provide all income and deduction documents for the applicable tax year.
These may include:
T4, T4A, T5 – Employment, pension, scholarship, and investment income
T2202 – Tuition fees (students only)
T5007 – Social assistance / workers compensation (if applicable)
RC210 – Advance Canada Workers Benefit (CWB)
Study Permit / Work Permit (if applicable)
Self-employment / Gig work income – Uber, DoorDash, Skip, Lyft, Instacart, etc.
RRSP / FHSA contribution slips (if applicable)
Void cheque or banking details (optional – for Direct Deposit verification)
• RL-1, RL-2, RL-8 – Provincial income slips
• RL-31 – Rental housing slip (required for solidarity tax credit).Â
